Shane Wegner from Bismarck, ND. He was about 41 yards away and facing me. That’s a small target to hit but I let it go anyway. The arrow went between the breast bone and the right shoulder and went just about all the way through him the long way. Harvested 9-26-05 near Bowman, ND.

 2 ND deer hunters wondering whether or not they should venture into the badlands

These two guys are wondering whether or not they should venture into the coulee.

It is a very long way down and even longer up. However, they did spot 5 mule deer bucks about 600 yards out. The bucks went over the hill. To follow or not to follow....

Oct 14, 2006. Two guys started out salmon fishing at the tailrace near Pick City, ND. The Salmon on the left weighed in at 13 lbs 9 oz. The one on the right at 6 lbs 12 oz.

After fishing, they went pheasant hunting and met up with Jason from Dickinson. 9 pheasants, 1 hungarian partridge, 1 badger, 2 salmon. Pretty good outdoors day in North Dakota.

Ken from Washington sent these pics of a fine bull elk. They only had to haul it about 1/4 mile to the road. However, it was during a snowstorm and traversing the old logging road was treacherous.
